Okanagan Makerspace is the inaugural community project that the Million Dollar Bus selected and ran a fundraising campaign for.

They are currently in development of launching Kelowna’s first community Makerspace.

    This space creates a community of innovators that include a range of hobbyist and professional builders, artists and entrepreneurs.

    The Makerspace serves as a place for learning and mentorship, allowing students to build things with tools they would not otherwise have access to.

  • Community Groups Needing a Home

    The space also serves as a great place for the community’s nonprofits, and advocacy groups to hold their monthly meeting and events.
